These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your receipt of SMS messages from Concierge Diagnostics, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) delivered via Twilio’s A2P SMS platform or other messaging services. By providing your phone number and opting into our SMS program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you expressly consent to receive text messages to the mobile number you provide. These messages may be sent using automated technology and through our service provider (Twilio) in accordance with applicable carrier rules and messaging regulations (including A2P 10DLC standards).
You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are at least 18 years old (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You may receive SMS messages from us for the following purposes (depending on your consent):

Message frequency may vary based on the services you use or the communications you have requested. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. You are responsible for any fees charged by your carrier for SMS messaging.

Your carrier’s support cannot assist with questions regarding message content or subscription management.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms of our Privacy Policy, including disclosures about third-party messaging, data use, and privacy protections.
You further consent to the collection and storage of your mobile number and consent status for compliance and messaging purposes.
All messaging sent through Twilio on our behalf is considered Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS and subject to applicable carrier and regulatory requirements, including opt-in, opt-out, and usage policies. You agree not to use the messaging service for prohibited or unauthorized purposes.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated version on our website and/or sending notice via SMS or email. Continued use of our SMS service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state or country where Concierge Diagnostics, Inc. operates, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
