Dr. Luis Queral, MD

Dr. Luis Queral, our esteemed Medical Director, brings to our institution a wealth of expertise as a vascular surgeon, boasting an impressive career spanning over 35 years. He earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1974.

Dr. Queral's distinguished affiliations include membership in esteemed organizations such as the American College of Surgeons, Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society, and the International Society for Cardiovascular Surgery. Throughout his illustrious career, he has successfully performed over 6000 vascular surgeries and endovascular procedures, solidifying his reputation as a leader in his field.

Dr. Amjad A. Safvi, MD

Dr. Amjad A. Safvi, M.D., is a distinguished radiologist who holds board certification and fellowship training from the American Board of Radiology, with a lifetime certification. Dr. Safvi obtained his medical degree in 1994 and completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, followed by a fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Dr. Safvi has garnered extensive experience in both academic and private practice settings. He is an esteemed member of professional organizations such as the Radiological Society of North America, the Society of Interventional Radiology, and the American College of Radiology.

Dr. Angel Sosa, MD

Dr. Angel Sosa is a Radiologist and Diagnostic Imaging Specialist from Mérida, Venezuela, with a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the Andes. Specializing in radiology, he has extensive experience in X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, and CT scan interpretations.

Dr. Sosa Fleitas has a background in teleradiology, medical annotation, and advanced radiological diagnosis, along with knowledge in AI applications for medical diagnosis. An accomplished researcher, he has published multiple papers in medical journals and continually enhances his expertise through advanced courses in Doppler ultrasound and AI.

He is fluent in Spanish, and English, and has basic knowledge of Italian.

Dr. Jason S. Finkelstein, MD

Dr. Jason S. Finkelstein, M.D., is a distinguished cardiologist holding board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine, with specialized certifications in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Nuclear Cardiology. Graduating from medical school in 1997, Dr. Finkelstein pursued advanced training in various prestigious institutions across the United States.

He completed his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis, IN, and received specialized training in CT angiography at the Ochsner Heart & Vascular Institute in New Orleans, LA.

Sandra Montes, RDMS, RVT

Sandra is a highly skilled Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with 20 years of experience and an Associate of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She holds certifications from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), including credentials as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and Registered Vascular Technologist. (RVT)

Her expertise enables her to perform detailed examinations that help in identifying a variety of health issues, such as liver disease, kidney stones, tumors, gallbladder polyps or stones, pancreatic problems, bile duct disorders, spleen abnormalities, abdominal aortic anomalies, and various cardiac conditions.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sandra fosters a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all patients. Her compassionate approach and meticulous attention to detail have garnered accolades from patients who describe her as kind, empathetic, and exceptionally attentive to their needs.

Abdulai Kamara, RVT

Abdulai is our senior registered sonographer with over 15 years of experience in his field. Abdulai graduated from Cambridge College of Allied Health in Atlanta, Georgia in 2007. He is registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) earning the credentials of Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) and has been working in the field since.

Abdulai has a wealth of experience in Abdominal, Obstetrics/Gynecology (Ob/Gyn), Transvaginal (TV) Sonography, and Vascular Duplex Scans, and Cardiac Imaging, providing invaluable support to our physicians and patients in evaluating conditions such as stomach pain, bloating, and vascular diseases. Her expertise allows her to conduct comprehensive examinations to detect various ailments, including liver disease, kidney stones, tumors, gallbladder polyps or stones, pancreas issues, bile duct disorders, spleen abnormalities, abdominal aortic conditions, and numerous other health concerns.

Camila Blumenstein, Receptionist

Camila is our bilingual Medical Receptionist, known for her professionalism, warmth, and exceptional organizational skills.

Originally from Argentina and fluent in both English and Spanish, Camila is often the first point of contact for both patients and referring providers, delivering the concierge-level experience Concierge Diagnostics is known for. She creates a welcoming, efficient, and seamless experience from the very first interaction.

Camila oversees the clinical office schedule, coordinates patient appointments, handles inquiries, and ensures front-office operations run smoothly and with precision. Her ability to balance empathy with efficiency makes her a trusted resource for patients and an essential support to our clinical and operational teams. Camila’s reliability, attention to detail, and solutions-oriented approach make her an invaluable part of Concierge Diagnostics.

Alexandra Enslin, Billing & Admin Assistant

Alex serves as our dedicated Administrative and Billing Assistant, poised to address all your billing inquiries and scheduling needs with proficiency and care. Born and raised in South Africa, she boasts fluency in both English and Afrikaans, facilitating seamless communication with our diverse clientele.

Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering concentration skills are indispensable assets that have greatly contributed to the operational excellence of Concierge Diagnostics. Whether it's verifying patients' healthcare insurances, clarifying billing queries, or issuing statements, Alexandra's expertise ensures a smooth and efficient process for our patients and staff alike.

As an integral member of our team, Alexandra plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of service that define Concierge Diagnostics.

Belen Seoane, Operations Manager

Belen is our Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day coordination and execution of clinical and administrative operations at Concierge Diagnostics.

Bilingual in English and Spanish and originally from Argentina, Belen brings a strong foundation in patient services along with a deep understanding of clinical workflows, scheduling logistics, and operational efficiency. Having grown within the organization, she plays a critical role in ensuring that teams, providers, and patients experience a seamless and well-orchestrated process from start to finish.

In her role as Operations Manager, Belen oversees scheduling operations, internal workflows, team coordination, and quality control—ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with Concierge Diagnostics’ high standards.

Her ability to lead with clarity, empathy, and precision makes her an essential pillar of our operations and a trusted liaison between our clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.

Masiely Abreu Radu, Founder & CEO

Masiely “Massi” Abreu Radu is the Founder of Concierge Diagnostics, a mobile diagnostic imaging company she launched in 2014 with a vision to elevate access to high-quality diagnostic care through innovation, service excellence, and thoughtful collaboration with physician partners.

With over a decade of clinical and executive leadership experience, Massi brings deep expertise in healthcare operations, physician relationships, and patient-centered care. Her hands-on approach and strategic insight have been instrumental in building Concierge Diagnostics into a trusted partner for private medical practices, assisted living facilities, and home-bound patients throughout South Florida.

In addition to leading Concierge Diagnostics, Massi advises healthcare operators and private equity–backed organizations on operational strategy, scalable diagnostic models, and market expansion within mobile and outpatient care settings.

Born in Havana, Cuba, Massi moved to the United States at the age of 12 and quickly adapted to a new culture and language. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she brings a global perspective and deep cultural sensitivity to the communities she serves.
