Dr. Luis Queral, our esteemed Medical Director, brings to our institution a wealth of expertise as a vascular surgeon, boasting an impressive career spanning over 35 years. He earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1974.
Dr. Queral's distinguished affiliations include membership in esteemed organizations such as the American College of Surgeons, Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society, and the International Society for Cardiovascular Surgery. Throughout his illustrious career, he has successfully performed over 6000 vascular surgeries and endovascular procedures, solidifying his reputation as a leader in his field.
Dr. Amjad A. Safvi, MD
Dr. Amjad A. Safvi, M.D., is a distinguished radiologist who holds board certification and fellowship training from the American Board of Radiology, with a lifetime certification. Dr. Safvi obtained his medical degree in 1994 and completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, followed by a fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
With a career spanning over 25 years, Dr. Safvi has garnered extensive experience in both academic and private practice settings. He is an esteemed member of professional organizations such as the Radiological Society of North America, the Society of Interventional Radiology, and the American College of Radiology.
Dr. Safvi's expertise encompasses a wide range of diagnostic modalities, including CAT scan, ultrasound, echocardiogram, nuclear medicine, plain film, fluoroscopy, and vascular sonography. His commitment to excellence and dedication to advancing the field of radiology make him an invaluable asset to our institution.
Dr. Angel Sosa, MD
Dr. Angel Sosa is a Radiologist and Diagnostic Imaging Specialist from Mérida, Venezuela, with a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the Andes. Specializing in radiology, he has extensive experience in X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, and CT scan interpretations.
Dr. Sosa Fleitas has a background in teleradiology, medical annotation, and advanced radiological diagnosis, along with knowledge in AI applications for medical diagnosis. An accomplished researcher, he has published multiple papers in medical journals and continually enhances his expertise through advanced courses in Doppler ultrasound and AI.
He is fluent in Spanish, and English, and has basic knowledge of Italian.
Dr. Jorge Bordenave, MD
Dr. Jorge Bordenave is a respected cardiologist who holds board certification in his field. Embracing a familial tradition rooted in compassionate care, Dr. Bordenave upholds the timeless approach of providing medical treatment as both a trusted ally and counselor to his patients.
Following his graduation from medical school, Dr. Bordenave pursued his training in Internal Medicine at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York and later at West Suburban Medical Center in Chicago. Subsequently, he embarked on a traditional educational journey, undertaking a Fellowship in Clinical, Invasive, and Nuclear Cardiology at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.
Dr. Bordenave established his initial private medical practice at Mt. Sinai Medical Center before relocating to his current practice in Coral Gables, a vibrant neighborhood within Miami, Florida. His commitment to patient-centered care and his dedication to the principles of traditional medicine make him a respected figure in the medical community.
Dr. Jason S. Finkelstein, MD
Dr. Jason S. Finkelstein, M.D., is a distinguished cardiologist holding board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine, with specialized certifications in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Nuclear Cardiology. Graduating from medical school in 1997, Dr. Finkelstein pursued advanced training in various prestigious institutions across the United States.
He completed his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis, IN, and received specialized training in CT angiography at the Ochsner Heart & Vascular Institute in New Orleans, LA. Furthermore, he concluded his Cardiology Fellowship at Tulane University Health Science Center in New Orleans, LA, and his Internal Medicine Residency at MCP/Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Finkelstein is a fellow member of prominent professional societies including the Society of Cardiac Angiography & Interventions, The American College of Cardiology, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Physicians.
His expertise encompasses vascular ultrasounds and echocardiography, reflecting his dedication to providing comprehensive cardiac care at the highest standard. Dr. Finkelstein's commitment to excellence and his active involvement in professional organizations underscore his leadership in the field of cardiology.
Sandra Montes, RDMS, RVT
Sandra is a highly skilled Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with 20 years of experience and an Associate of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She holds certifications from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), including credentials as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and Registered Vascular Technologist. (RVT)
Her expertise enables her to perform detailed examinations that help in identifying a variety of health issues, such as liver disease, kidney stones, tumors, gallbladder polyps or stones, pancreatic problems, bile duct disorders, spleen abnormalities, abdominal aortic anomalies, and various cardiac conditions.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sandra fosters a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all patients. Amarylis Ortega, RDMS
Amarylis is a highly skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer who graduated from an accredited ultrasound program in 2019, obtaining her Associates of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She is registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with the credentials of RDMS and is currently set to obtain her registries in Cardiac Sonography, showcasing her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of proficiency in her field.
Amarylis specializes in Abdominal, Obstetrics/Gynecology (Ob/Gyn), Transvaginal (TV) Sonography, and Vascular Duplex Scans, invaluable assistance to our doctors in evaluating conditions such as stomach pain, bloating, and vasculature diseases. Abdulai Kamara is our senior registered sonographer with over 15 years of experience in his field. Abdulai graduated from Cambridge College of Allied Health in Atlanta, Georgia in 2007. He is registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) earning the credentials of Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) and has been working in the field since.

Masiely (Massi) Abreu, the Founder of Concierge Diagnostics, embarked on her journey a decade ago in 2014 with a vision and fervor for the medical imaging business field. She possesses specialized expertise in physician-client relations, patient satisfaction, and concierge medicine, fortified by extensive clinical and leadership experience. Massi's entrepreneurial acumen is evident through her numerous partnerships, which have significantly contributed to the inception and expansion of Concierge Diagnostics.
Hailing from Havana, Cuba, Massi immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of 12, initially navigating a language barrier by mastering English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Born into a family with a fervent nurse mother and an astute business owner father of over 15 years, Massi's upbringing instilled in her a profound appreciation for both healthcare and entrepreneurship.
Throughout her entrepreneurial journey, Massi has had the privilege of serving esteemed individuals, including performing artists, professional athletes from renowned teams such as the Miami Dolphins and the NBA, as well as prominent figures such as the CEO of the Haute Media Group, the founders of the Miami City Ballet, and the esteemed leader of Haiti’s Jewish Community, the Billionaire and Founder of the GB Group.
