Dr. Luis Queral, our esteemed Medical Director, brings to our institution a wealth of expertise as a vascular surgeon, boasting an impressive career spanning over 35 years. He earned his medical degree with honors from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1974. 

Dr. Queral's distinguished affiliations include membership in esteemed organizations such as the American College of Surgeons, Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society, and the International Society for Cardiovascular Surgery. Throughout his illustrious career, he has successfully performed over 6000 vascular surgeries and endovascular procedures, solidifying his reputation as a leader in his field. 

Dr. Amjad A. Safvi, M.D., is a distinguished radiologist who holds board certification and fellowship training from the American Board of Radiology, with a lifetime certification. Dr. Safvi obtained his medical degree in 1994 and completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, followed by a fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Dr. Safvi has garnered extensive experience in both academic and private practice settings. He is an esteemed member of professional organizations such as the Radiological Society of North America, the Society of Interventional Radiology, and the American College of Radiology.

 Dr. Angel Sosa is a Radiologist and Diagnostic Imaging Specialist from Mérida, Venezuela, with a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the Andes. Specializing in radiology, he has extensive experience in X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, and CT scan interpretations.

Dr. Sosa Fleitas has a background in teleradiology, medical annotation, and advanced radiological diagnosis, along with knowledge in AI applications for medical diagnosis. An accomplished researcher, he has published multiple papers in medical journals and continually enhances his expertise through advanced courses in Doppler ultrasound and AI. 

He is fluent in Spanish, and English, and has basic knowledge of Italian. 

Dr. Jason S. Finkelstein, M.D., is a distinguished cardiologist holding board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine, with specialized certifications in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Nuclear Cardiology. Graduating from medical school in 1997, Dr. Finkelstein pursued advanced training in various prestigious institutions across the United States.

He completed his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis, IN, and received specialized training in CT angiography at the Ochsner Heart & Vascular Institute in New Orleans, LA. 

 Sandra is a highly skilled Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with 20 years of experience and an Associate of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She holds certifications from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), including credentials as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and Registered Vascular Technologist. (RVT)

Her expertise enables her to perform detailed examinations that help in identifying a variety of health issues, such as liver disease, kidney stones, tumors, gallbladder polyps or stones, pancreatic problems, bile duct disorders, spleen abnormalities, abdominal aortic anomalies, and various cardiac conditions.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Sandra fosters a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all patients. Her compassionate approach and meticulous attention to detail have garnered accolades from patients who describe her as kind, empathetic, and exceptionally attentive to their needs. 

Amarylis is a highly skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer who graduated from an accredited ultrasound program in 2019, obtaining her Associates of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She is registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with the credentials of RDMS and is currently set to obtain her registries in Cardiac Sonography, showcasing her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of proficiency in her field.

Amarylis specializes in Abdominal, Obstetrics/Gynecology (Ob/Gyn), Transvaginal (TV) Sonography, and Vascular Duplex Scans, invaluable assistance to our doctors in evaluating conditions such as stomach pain, bloating, and vasculature diseases. Her expertise enables her to conduct comprehensive examinations to detect various ailments, including liver disease, kidney stones, tumors, gallbladder polyps or stones, pancreas issues, bile duct disorders, spleen abnormalities, abdominal aortic conditions, and numerous other health concerns.

 Abdulai is our senior registered sonographer with over 15 years of experience in his field. Abdulai graduated from Cambridge College of Allied Health in Atlanta, Georgia in 2007. He is registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) earning the credentials of Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) and has been working in the field since.

Abdulai has a wealth of experience in Abdominal, Obstetrics/Gynecology (Ob/Gyn), Transvaginal (TV) Sonography, and Vascular Duplex Scans, and Cardiac Imaging, providing invaluable support to our physicians and patients in evaluating conditions such as stomach pain, bloating, and vascular diseases.  Belen is our bilingual Medical Receptionist, known for her professionalism, warmth, and exceptional organizational skills. 

Originally from Argentina and fluent in both English and Spanish, Belen is often the first point of contact for patients and referring providers, creating a welcoming and efficient experience from start to finish.

In addition to managing day-to-day administrative tasks, Belen oversees the clinical office schedule, coordinates patient appointments, handles inquiries, and ensures all front-office operations run smoothly. 

Her ability to balance empathy with precision makes her a trusted resource for patients and a vital support to our clinical and operational teams.

Bright, dependable, and solutions-oriented, Belen is truly a rockstar and an invaluable asset to Concierge Diagnostics.

 Alex serves as our dedicated Administrative and Billing Assistant, poised to address all your billing inquiries and scheduling needs with proficiency and care. Born and raised in South Africa, she boasts fluency in both English and Afrikaans, facilitating seamless communication with our diverse clientele.

Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering concentration skills are indispensable assets that have greatly contributed to the operational excellence of Concierge Diagnostics. Whether it's verifying patients' healthcare insurances, clarifying billing queries, or issuing statements, Alexandra's expertise ensures a smooth and efficient process for our patients and staff alike.

As an integral member of our team, Alexandra plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of service that define Concierge Diagnostics.

Tom serves as the Sales Lead Specialist, where he plays a critical role in driving business development through targeted outreach and lead qualification. 

Tom is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective partners, managing email campaigns, conducting initial discovery, and setting up meetings for the sales team. His structured approach ensures that all leads entering the pipeline are qualified, informed, and aligned with the company’s mobile imaging solutions.

With a background in customer engagement and healthcare outreach, Tom brings precision and professionalism to every interaction. His efforts are instrumental in supporting the company’s expansion and maintaining a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities for the sales team.

Eduardo is a seasoned Medical Sales Representative with extensive experience in Healthcare Business Administration. He plays a pivotal role as our office marketing and sales recruiter, as well as serving as our office relationship manager.

Massi Abreu is the Founder of Concierge Diagnostics, which she launched in 2014 with a vision to elevate access to diagnostic care through innovation, service excellence, and strategic physician partnerships. With over a decade of hands-on clinical and leadership experience, Massi brings specialized expertise in physician-client relations, patient satisfaction, and concierge medicine. 

Her entrepreneurial drive and deep industry insight have fueled the growth of Concierge Diagnostics across South Florida, making it a trusted provider for private practices, assisted living facilities, and home-bound patients.

Born in Havana, Cuba, Massi moved to the United States at age 12 and quickly adapted—learning English, Spanish, and Portuguese to better connect with the diverse communities she now serves.

Throughout her journey, Massi has had the honor of working with professional athletes, renowned performers, and respected leaders—including executives, founders, and international dignitaries—who trust her team’s discretion, quality, and care.
