Dr. Luis Queral, MD
Medical Director - Dr. Luis Queral is a vascular surgeon with over 35 years of experience! Graduated from the University of Maryland school of Medicine with honors in 1974. Dr. Queral is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society, International Society for Cardiovascular Surgery and has performed over 6000 of vascular surgeries and endovascular procedures throughout his career.
Dr. Amjad A. Safvi, MD
Radiologist - Dr. Amjad A. Safvi, M.D. is a board-certified, fellowship trained radiologist by American Board of Radiology-Lifetime Certification, the American Board of Lymphatic and Venous Medicine Registered Vascular Technician- Lifetime Certification by ARDMS, Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation. Dr. Safvi graduated medical school in 1994 and completed diagnostic radiology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago and fellowship at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Dr. Safvi had been in both academic and private practice for over 25 years and is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, the Society of Interventional Radiology and the American College of Radiology Dr. Safvi’s area of expertise were CAT scan, Ultrasound, Echocardiogram, Nuclear medicine, Plain Film, Fluoroscopy and Vascular Sonography.
Dr. Jason S. Finkelstein, M.D
Cardiologist - Dr. Jason S. Finkelstein, M.D. a board-certified Cardiologist and American Board of Internal Medicine physician certified in the areas of Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Diseases and Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Jason S. Finkelstein graduated medical school in 1997.Completing his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. CT angiography training at Ochsner Heart & Vascular Institute, New Orleans, LA. Dr. Finkelstein also completed his Cardiology Fellowship at Tulane University Health Science Center, New Orleans, LA and Internal Medicine Residency at MCP/Hahnemann University, Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Jason S. Finkelstein is a fellow member of the Society of Cardiac Angiography & Interventions, The American College of Cardiology and American Medical Association and American College of Physicians.
Dr. Jason S. Finkelstein’s area of expertise are vascular ultrasounds and echocardiography.
Dr. Thierry Jacquemin DO
Dr. Thierry Jacquemin DO, Telemedicine Specialist
Dr. Thierry Jacquemin DO is a board-certified Internal Medicine Specialist with over 16 years of experience in the medical field, with a special interest in cardiometabolic prevention and human performance. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University / College of Osteopathic Medicine medical school in 2004. Born in Brazil, Dr. Jacquemin is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian, given his multicultural background. Since graduating from residency in 2009 from Mount Sinai Medical Center, after serving an additional academic year as Chief Resident, he has worked as an emergency physician, taking care of extremely sick individuals who were often in their eleventh hour.
Maria Cortes, SPI
Meet Maria, graduated from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound program at Florida National University in 2022 earning her Associates of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She completed her internship at Fox Medical Group and Hialeah Hospital and passed her physics board before her graduation. Maria is board-eligible by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. Her areas of expertise are in vascular and abdominal sonography which can help our doctors evaluate the cause of stomach pain or bloating as well as vascular disease. Sonography checks for liver disease, kidney stones, tumors, gallbladder polyps or stones, pancreas, bile ducts, spleen, abdominal aorta and many other conditions. Maria is fluent in both English and Spanish and our patients describe her as sweet, caring and attentive to their concerns.

Shalmadine Jaftha, Clinical Coordinator
Shalmadine is our friendly receptionist and clinical coordinator. She answers phone calls from patients and/or referral partners Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM and is ready to assist you with any questions, concerns or simply to schedule your appointment! Shalmadine is originally from South Africa and her enthusiastic, yet professional personality has allowed her to reach and exceed our client's expectations. She is fluent in both English and Afrikaans. From scheduling patient's appointments to answering general questions, Shalmadine is an essential team member, here at Concierge Diagnostics!
Alexandra Enslin, Billing & Admin Assistant
Alexandra is our administrative and billing assistant. She is ready to assist you with all of your billing related questions or concerns, or to simply schedule an appointment! Alexandra is originally from South Africa and is fluent in both English and Afrikaans. Her attention to detail and concentration skills has been essential tools to the success of Concierge Diagnostics. From verifying patient's healthcare insurances, to answering billing related questions and providing statements; Alexandra is an essential team member, here at Concierge Diagnostics!
Masiely Abreu, Founder
Masiely (Massi) Abreu is the Founder of Concierge Diagnostics. She founded Concierge with a dream and passion for the medical imaging business field in 2014. A registered diagnostic cardiac and vascular sonographer, by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with over 5000 ultrasound scans annually. She is a member of the Society Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (SDMS) and the Society for Vascular Ultrasound (SVU).
Massi is a specialist in physician-client relations, patient satisfaction and concierge medicine with an extensive clinical and leadership experience. She has multiple partnerships under her belt, that has contributed to her success in founding and scaling Concierge Diagnostics. Born and raised in Havana, Cuba; Massi migrated to the United States with her family at the tender age of 12 and at the time she did not speak any English. Today she is fully trilingual dominating English, Spanish and Portuguese! Her mother is a passionate nurse, and her father a savvy business owner for over 15 years. Massi contributes to the community via charities for non-profits and voluntary donations. She is a Partner in Hope for St. Jude Hospital.
Some of her VIP patients throughout her entrepreneurial journey includes performing artists, professional athletes from the Miami Dolphins, the NBA and the USL League One, the CEO of the Haute Media Group as well as the founders of the Miami City Ballet and the de facto leader of Haiti’s Jewish Community, Billionaire and Founder of the GB Group
